John F. Kennedy was the youngest president to die at 46 years and 177 days. In fact JFK died before anyone his age at death has ever become president barring Theodore Roosevelt who became president at 42 years and 322 days.

The average life expectancy of the US Presidents is 71.44 years now , up from 70.86 after George H.W. Bush died. Republican presidents have 3 yr advantage over Democrat Presidents[ 71.80 years vs 68.82 years] .Life expectancy has been increasing dramatically for the presidents since LBJ died at 64. The last four deceased presidents(Nixon, Ford, Reagan and Bush 41) had an average age of 90.6 years at death.At this rate, Clinton , Bush 43 and Trump will probably be around for two more decades and Obama for a 3 and a half decades more.So much for it being a stressful job.
